Development Director

With a background that spans nonprofit governance, strategic planning, development, marketing, event planning, and education, Jolie is committed to capacity building in the nonprofit sector to be a force for positive change. Originally from Arizona, she received her B.A. in Spanish and Certificate of Nonprofit Management from Arizona State University and is a proud alum of the inaugural Public Allies cohort in Phoenix. Joining the Floating Doctors team as a volunteer translator in 2011, she has spent time in nearly every aspect of the organization. Today, she continues her work to advance the Floating Doctors mission as the Development Director, supporting nonprofit sustainability and helping improve equitable access to healthcare through meaningful individual and organizational relationships.
